Termoflux 0-24 is an emergency intervention service available to everyone — whether you have a membership or not. You can report a fault at any time: day, night, weekends or holidays, and the on-call crew comes out as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Your call is received by the same call centre as for all Termoflux services — the operator assesses the urgency, checks the availability of the on-call crew and routes the request.
